Warners to Host Fajita Extravaganza

Don and Amber Warner are ready once again to get in the kitchen on April 24 and cook up those delicious fajitas, sides and desserts. For those of you who made the trip in the past, you might recall in amazement how much food Don and Amber put on the table. The only thing anyone needs to bring is a "big appetite!"

Don suggests that a good meeting place in Bryan would be at the tax office parking lot by the courthouse. From there, he says to travel west down Wm J. Bryan onto Sandy Point Road to FM 50. Then go north on FM 50 to US 190. (through Mumford). Turn left, go over the bridge next to Fry Pecan Co. and take the next left, north onto FM 1644. Turn right on FM 458, go 1/4 mile turn left back onto FM 1644 which takes you into Calvert.

Ginger has directions to Don's house and we'll keep that off the internet. If you plan to attend, e-mail Ginger here and she will send you their e-mail address and specific directions to their house.

Don will present this at the March meeting again and we can decide if we want to do anything else after we eat. Don says there are home tours in Calvert scheduled for that day at a cost of $10.00 per person. He also has a pretty county road trip that we can drive.
