MINUTES OF THE APRIL MEETING

President, Ernie Wentrcek, called the meeting to order.

Motion was made by Nancy Hardeman and seconded by Ben Hardeman to accept the minutes as published in the newsletter.

Nancy Hardeman gave the treasurer's report with a balance of $1457.38. The plate for the P.E.T. has been purchased and applied to the vehicle the club donated.

Everyone introduced themselves and welcomed the new members.

Our website won a national award thanks to the skill of Ginger Wentrcek our webmaster. She has also revised and improved the website, be sure to check it out. Please submit articles for the newsletter by mid-month.

Shirts with the logo are available. Check website for more information.

The club is invited to display their cars at Heritage Park on July 3, from l0am til noon. The club members present were not able to commit to participating.

The Golf Course Tour is Saturday if weather permits. Meet at the Texas T and A Parts shop at l0am. The Brazos Valley A's invited us to join them Sunday at the Carriage Inn to display cars and offer rides to the residents. Round Top Parade is July 4 let Ernie know if you plan to attend.

A big thank you to Don and Amber Warner for the wonderful meal and tour of Calvert.

Jennifer Lilleker shared a l927 Sear's Catalog with club.

The program was Danny Irvine's CD of the Round Top Tour.

The meeting was adjourned.
