Texas Touring T's Meeting

August 13, 2009

The Feed Barn ~ Bryan, Texas

Tommy Supak, president, called the meeting to order.

He welcomed twelve members and three guests.

The minutes were approved as posted in the newsletter.

Nancy Hardeman, Treasurer, gave the treasurer's report. The balance is $1,2253.12 with no withdrawals or additions.

Jennifer Lilleker reported on the Texas T Party on October 7, 8, 9, l0 and 11 in Tyler, Texas. Rooms at the hotel are almost fully booked.

Washington County Fair Parade is September l2 in downtown Brenham. It starts at l0:00am. Three or four people showed interest in participating. Tommy will send in registration form.

Ginger and Ernie Wentrcek arrived a little late with freshly baked cranberry bread.

Bob Foust, a guest, just purchased a Model T and is restoring it. He is thinking about being a new member.

Santa's Wonderland invited the club to attend a special night to feature old cars to display at the park.

Jennifer and Ross Lilleker and Luke and Jeff Cordes attended the MTFCI National Tour in Johnson City, Tennessee. Jennifer presented a slide show of the tour.

Ross suggested members bring ideas for the Christmas Party to the next meeting.

Tommy adjourned the meeting.
