It is always interesting to see what value other people place on items as they bid in hopes of securing an item on eBay. This monthly article presents a few items of interest, gives you a short description of each, and lets you know what someone paid to take the item home.

brass hornAn original "Rube's Brass Horn" was offered by a seller from Lake Ann, Michigan. The item had been nicely restored with only a few minor dings remaining. The horn was intended for use on Ford Model Ts from 1913 to 1916. The lot had 14 bids, and sold for $300.05.
gas can A gas can was offered by a seller from Evergreen, Colorado. It was in used condition with a few minor dents and dings. Five (5) bids were made on the item, and it sold for $46.00.
head lamps A seller from Northbrook, Illinois, offered this pair of 1913-14 Ford carbide headlamps. The lamps were in wonderful condition and ready to mount. The lamps had complete burner assemblies and new reflectors with no dents or cracks. All that was needed was a light polishing of the brass. The bidding on this lot was extremely heavy; with 39 offers reaching $500.05. But that amount was not good enough to crack the reserve, so the lamps went unsold.
1919 Tudor This 1919 Ford Model T was offered by a seller from East Marion, New York, as a Tudor, but was actually a rare 1919 Ford Model T Center Door Sedan. The car had been garaged since 1999 or earlier and was reported to be in good running condition. It did suffer from some paint crackling. Despite its rarity, the car garnered only 11 bids and sold for $9000. In mint condition this car could have expected to fetch $15,000.
fenders These 1908-1913 Ford Model T rear fenders were offered by a seller from Evergreen, Colorado. The fenders were in used condition but had been primed and were ready for installation. There were 15 bids made, and the winner paid $307.00.
