There are certain items that you should always have in your toolbox while you are driving your Model T on a short road trip or extended excursion. Depending on your car, some of the items should be in your toolbox at all times, while others might need to be included if you are going on a longer day or weekend trip.

There are quite a few items on this list, and if you are traveling on a long trip, your car could be weighed down tremendousily if you packed everything below. It might be a good idea for you to pack everything that is needed to repair the front end of a car and a buddy can pack everything that is needed for repairs on the rear end. By doing this, you lighten the load and duplication of some of the larger items is not necessary.

You may want to carry other items in your toolbox, so don't limit what you pack to this list. This is just a starting point for you to personalize to fit the needs of your car.
