Texas Touring T's Meeting

June 11, 2009

The Feed Barn ~ Bryan, Texas

Ernie called the meeting to order and Nancy gave the treasurer's report.

Jim suggested to those who want to drive their Model Ts to the Bomber's baseball game to be there at 5 p.m. He said there will be fireworks after the game.

Ernie reminded everyone about the 4th of July parade in Round Top. It will be held Saturday, July 4. Activities begin on the town square at 10:00 a.m. and the shooting of Round Top's cannon starts the parade at 10:30 a.m.

Jennifer reminded everyone about the Colorado-Wyoming tour, which will be held June 12-18, and the Canyonlands tour, which will be held June 21-26. She also said the Texas T Party is in October.

Ross said there is a possibility that there will be a one day tour at the end of the summer to visit the grounds of the golf courses in Bryan-College Station.

Ernie said that there may be an overnight tour to Salado in the fall.

A movie about the Model T Centennial Celebration was shown.

The meeting was adjourned.
