MINUTES OF THE MEETING

November 12, 2009

Texas Touring T's Model T Meeting

Tommy Supak, President, called the meeting to order.

Eleven members present.

There was no meeting in October due to the majority of the members attending the Texas T Party in Tyler. Congratulations to Jennifer and Ross Lilleker for a wonderful job in planning the tour.

Nancy Hardeman, Treasurer, announced we have $3,000 + in the checking account. Membership dues are to be paid at December or January meetings. It is $20.00 a year per family. David Jansen donated old magazines to the club's library. We received a $50.00 donation.

Treasurer's report was approved.

There will be no meeting at the Feed Barn in December; instead we will have a Christmas Party at Ernie and Ginger Wentrcek's home. Nancy Hardeman made the motion the club pay for the meat for the party and everyone bring a salad or dessert. The Wentrcek's will provide drinks, plates, etc. Email Ginger with what you plan to bring. We will do a white elephant gift exchange. A $5.00 to $l0.00 gift of something you have at home.

The Christmas Parade is Sunday, December 6. The cost is $35.00 for each l0 cars. It may be too late to register. Maybe we can get in with the Model A's, but you need to turn in proof of insurance.

A nominating committee is needed for the selection of new officers for 2010. Positions open are President, Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer(Nancy Hardeman will continue), and Web-master.

The program was supposed to be a DVD of the Texas T Party in Tyler, but there were technical difficulties. Everyone shared funny stories.

The meeting was adjourned.
