•  The seventh meeting of the Texas Touring T’s Club was held this day at GattiTown in College Station at 7:00. Seventeen members were present.

•  Ben Hardeman called the meeting to order. The minutes from the last meeting were approved. The Treasurer’s Report was reported to be the same as last time and was approved without changes.

•  Ben gave a report about the parade at Roundtop and said that several members had been in the parade. There were several thousand spectators and perhaps a thousand in the parade.

•  Ben reported that there are people in Centerville who have ten Model T’s and inquired about interest in our group going to Centerville in the Fall. He also told about the meeting to take place in Richmond, Indiana and said that some of our members are planning to go. Groups from around the world are expected to be in attendance.

•  Ben also told that the club has been invited to have a club event at one of the Bombers games and that perhaps it could be August 2.

•  He mentioned that Lloyd Deen had had a heart attack a couple of weeks ago.

•  Ginger and Ernie reported that the “Texas Hill Country” magazine had a picture from the Hill Country trip in their latest issue.

•  It was reported that the River Bridge Café downtown would charge $60.00 per meeting plus the cost of meals for our club to meet there.

•  Tommy Supak reported on the Model A Club having a meeting coming up in Brenham.

•  Nancy told about the first annual parade in Independence.

•  Jennifer Lilleker mentioned about the Houston club having an event coming up in Magnolia about August 23rd.

•  Tommy Supak inquired about when the club may want to do an event with manifold cookers and the suggestion was to wait until Fall and cooler weather.

•  Ben presented a video of Ford’s Fabulous T which was very interesting and well enjoyed by the group. After the movie, the meeting was adjoined.
