Tommy Supak, President, opened the meeting. Secretary's minutes were approved as posted on the website, in the absence of Lance Bullard, Secretary. Nancy Hardeman gave the Treasurer's report. $l,268.12 is the balance as of March 3l, 2009. A cashier's check of $50 was sent to the Natchez Trace for the April Tour.
The Natchez Trace tour was cancelled due to Bruce Lilleker's illness (Ross's Dad). Ross is in England with his family.
It was suggested to have a Model T night at the Brazos Valley Bombers baseball game. The Bombers are a college age baseball team. The first part of June would be a good time.
Burton Cotton Gin Parade is April l8. Line up is at the Burton High School Parking lot before l0 AM.
Ben Hardeman reported on the Chickasha Swap Meet. It is 10-12 acres of pre-war vehicles and parts. If you plan to attend, go early on Thursday. Most dealers are closed up and gone by Saturday.
Pate Swap meet is April 30-May 3.
Suggestions for last minute tours are Round Top or Fayetteville in April or May.
Ernie Wentrcek purchased a DVD on the Model T Centennial Party for back up programs.
The Wentrcek's and Jennifer attended the Tyler Azalea Tour and shared pictures of the the tour.
Paul Spitzenberger brought a DVD made by Charlie Turner of the Danny Irvine Memorial Tour of the Carmine-Brenham area.
Don and Amber Warner donated the door prize a needlepoint Model T License plate(made by Amber) and a set of screwdrivers. It was won by Mary Ann Simmang.
Tommy adjorned the meeting.
